Notes
In the Notes section of access levels, you can grant or restrict access levels for Basic User to view, add, delete, and edit existing notes on items like Work Orders, Quotes, Customers etc.
Can view all Notes: Basic User can view Notes created in any section of ServiceBox (Customer, Jobsite, Quotes, Work Order, Invoice, Vendor Order)
Can view/add own notes: Basic User can add/view Notes created by the user in any section of ServiceBox (Customer, Jobsite, Quotes, Work Order, Invoice, Vendor Order)
Can Delete Notes: Basic User can Delete Notes in any section of ServiceBox (Customer, Jobsite, Quotes, Work Order, Invoice, Vendor Order)
Can Edit Notes: Basic User can Edit Notes in any section of ServiceBox (Customer, Jobsite, Quotes, Work Order, Invoice, Vendor Order)

Contacts
Within the Contact section of access levels, you have the ability to authorize or limit Basic User access for viewing, adding, editing, or deleting contacts within ServiceBox.
- Can View Contacts: Basic User can view all Contacts
- Add Contact: Basic User can add Contacts by clicking on "Add Contact" button
- Can Delete Contacts: Basic User can Delete Contacts
- Can Edit Contacts: Basic User can Edit Contacts
Customer
Within the customer section of access levels, you have the option to allow or restrict Basic User access for viewing, adding, deleting, importing, and/or exporting your customer profiles within ServiceBox.
Can View Customers: Basic Users can view all customer profiles.
Add Customer: Basic User can Add new Customers
Can Delete Customers: Basic Users have the authority to delete customer records.
Can View/Edit protected customer custom fields: They are also able to view and edit protected customer custom fields.
Can SetUnset Customers OnHold: Basic Users can set or unset customer records to "On Hold."
If the feature "On Hold Customer" is activated, basic user can set / unset customer on hold
Can Export/Import Customers: They have the capability to export or import customer records to/from Excel.
Can Edit Customers: Additionally, Basic Users can edit customer records.
In the Jobsite section of Access Levels, you have the flexibility to grant or restrict Basic User access. This encompasses permissions such as viewing contracts, managing all Job Sites (adding, viewing, or deleting), or specifically allowing Basic Users to only see Job Sites linked to their assigned Work Orders.
Can View Expiring Contracts: Basic Users have access to view all expiring contracts.
Can View Contract Information: Basic Users can view all contract details.
Add Jobsite: Basic Users can add new jobsites.
Can View all jobsites: Basic Users can view all jobsites.
Can Jobsites For Own Workorders: Basic Users can view jobsites associated with their own work orders.
Can Delete jobsites: If permitted, Basic Users can delete any jobsite.
Can View/Edit protected jobsite custom fields: Basic Users can view and edit protected jobsite custom fields if granted access
Can View/Edit protected unit custom fields: Basic Users can view and edit protected unit custom fields with access.
Can Edit Jobsites: Basic Users are empowered to edit any jobsite with access.
Can run job site import/export: Basic Users can export or import jobsite records to/from Excel with permission.
Can run unit import/export: Basic Users can export or import units to/from Excel if granted access.
Can delete units: If access is granted, Basic Users can delete any unit.
In the Quotes section of Access Levels, you have the flexibility to grant or limit Basic User access to different functions. This includes permissions for viewing, adding, editing, or deleting information pertaining to quotes, such as prices, markups, totals, and other related details.
Can Add/Edit All quotes: With access granted, Basic Users can edit any quote and add new ones.

Can Change quote Prices: If access is granted, Basic Users can adjust quote prices.
Can Change quote Markup: If access is granted, Basic Users can modify quote markups.
Can Delete quotes: With access granted, Basic Users can delete any quote.
Can View All quotes as Readonly: This setting allows Basic Users to view all quotes in read-only mode, without the ability to make edits.
To ensure this access works, any other access levels related to enabling Basic Users to edit quotes must be deactivated.
Can Add/Edit My quotes Only: Granting this permission enables Basic Users to add or modify quotes they've created.
Can View quotes for My Workorders as Readonly: This permission enables Basic Users to view quotes associated with their own Work Orders in read-only mode.
Can Edit quotes for My Workorders: Granting this permission allows Basic Users to edit quotes for their own Work Orders.
Can Create Workorder From quote: Basic Users can create Work Orders from Quotes if this access setting is enabled.
Can Edit Discounts on Quotes: Basic Users can edit discounts on Quotes with this access setting enabled.
Can view restricted status quotes: Basic Users can view Quotes with Restricted status if this access setting is enabled. For instance, if the access setting is enabled, Basic Users can see Quotes in Draft status. However, without this permission, Basic Users won't be able to access Quotes marked as "Draft."
Can Print Or Email Quotes: This permission enables Basic Users to print or email Quotes.

Can View Quote Totals: Basic Users can view Quote totals with this access setting enabled.

Can View Quote Attachments (Readonly Mode): Enabling this access setting allows Basic Users to view Quote attachments in read-only mode.

Can View Quote Breakdown - Ask Mike: Basic Users can view Quote breakdown with this access setting enabled.

Can Add Items for Restricted Quote Categories: Enabling this access setting grants Basic Users the ability to add items to restricted quote categories.

Can Edit Unit Cost for Restricted Quote Categories: Enabling this access setting grants Basic Users the ability to edit unit costs for restricted quote categories.
Can View Quote Unit Cost Markup: Enabling this access setting permits Basic Users to view the markup applied to quote unit costs
Can View Quote Pricing (Ignored if they can view cost/markup): Enabling this access setting grants Basic Users the ability to see quote pricing. However, if users already have access to view quote unit cost markup, do not select this option.
