Dealing with multiple error messages can be difficult and part of the frustration lay in going back and forth from the error message page as you fix each input problem. Recognizing this pain point, ServiceBox set out to improve its customers' experience by introducing a small help. 


The step-by-step process:

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use ServiceBox's Copy Accounting Connector Messages to Clipboard feature:

  • Open the ServiceBox Accounting Connector section where you manage your integrations with platforms like QuickBooks Desktop or Sage.
  • Click on "Start Sync" to Initiate a synchronization process



  • Once the synchronization is complete, you'll see a list of invoices or transactions with validation errors displayed on the screen.



  • Click the "Copy To Clipboard" button to copy all error messages at once.
  • Open a text editor or application like Notepad, Microsoft Word, or Excel. Right-click within the editor and select "Paste" or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to paste the copied error messages.
  • With the error messages conveniently copied and organized in the text editor, proceed to ServiceBox or the relevant platform (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop or Sage) to fix the errors indicated. Follow the necessary steps to resolve each error.
