Why do I get "Account not found" when logging into the mobile app Print

When the screen shows the error "Account not found", it indicates the domain name entered is not correct.

Domain name is supposed to be the first part of the URL of your ServiceBox website.

For example- if URL is jb.jobboxsoft.com
then you need to enter only "jb" here to make it work.

Please Note:- If you enter username here, it will give same error "Account not found".
