If user see this error message on their screen when trying to find a work order in their system.
This could be due to following reasons:
1. Work order related customer or Jobsite could be deleted (agents should verify in secure site if they find any deleted record related to this work order)
2. Work Order is Deleted: There is a "Delete" button on Work Orders, Work Order is deleted using this button. This functionality is configurable so you can decide who can see the deleted Work Orders
If the Work Order is deleted, and you would like to recover this work order, you must submit a ticket to Helpdesksupport@jobboxsoft.com
Keep in mind there is a limited time to recover deleted Work Orders, you can recover deleted Work Orders within 48 hours of deletion,so reach out to support as soon as possible.
2. The User might not have access role assigned to view this work order at specific status.
