If I have a job I scheduled for Friday at 10am, but open the work order and do it today, I can edit and close the work order, but it is still in the calendar scheduled for Friday. Can it automatically move in the calendar to when it if I start a job earlier?
In the calendar it won't move unless you change the actual times that it are applied to the work order but if the work order was closed earlier, you would see in the calendar that the job had been closed as it would become grayed out in the background. If the technicians use the check in and check outs, you can also see when they are on site even if it doesn't respond to when it was scheduled for.
