Summary:

ServiceBox has recently introduced a new feature called Advanced Unit Import and Export. This feature aims to enhance the convenience and efficiency of importing and exporting unit details for both new and existing customers. In this article, we will explore the reasons behind the introduction of this feature, its benefits, and a step-by-step guide on how to use it effectively.

Why ServiceBox Introduced Advanced Unit Import and Export:

ServiceBox already had a Unit Import feature through a spreadsheet on the Job Site level. Customers could upload their unit details individually using this feature. However, considering that customers may have a need for bulk import of unit data, ServiceBox realized the lack of an efficient solution. Previously, customers had to upload unit details on the individual job site level, which could be time-consuming. To address this, ServiceBox introduced the Advanced unit Import and Export feature, allowing customers to upload all their units into ServiceBox at once.
