You can open an Existing Work Order a couple of ways:


In the main ServiceBox page, if you click on the Home link. a calendar view will display the work orders scheduled for the day.


If the user clicks on the time slot it will open up the Work Order.



On the left side there is a link to Work Orders.  Click there.  Click on the calendar icon.  This will open a view which will allow the basic user to see the entire schedule for the week:  





The other view is the list view of the work orders and it will allow an administrator to see all work orders and a basic user to see only the work orders for themselves.



Creating work order - required fields

When creating a new Work Order the fields with the * are required. You will notice that not all menu items appear until the basic details are entered and the OK button is pressed.

Enter in all of the required fields and hit save  the objective here is to enter in the customer address, job site, assigned to, and description  once this is finished you can save. Each company may have custom fields so this screen may be a bit different.

  

Scheduling a work order

Once the work order has been created. You want to schedule the work order from the scheduler. To open up the scheduler click on the schedule button on the top bar.
