Summary


This article will summarize the features of the Checklists Tab in your ServiceBox settings. 


Checklists Tab: Checklists


This subsection handles everything related to Checklists. 

You are able to attach Checklists to Work Orders, and it's in this tab where you can build them. 

Click on "Add List" on this screen




Clicking "Add List" on this tab, will take you to the following screen:



Here you can add the "Type" of checklist you will build; either a Job Site related list, or a Unit related list.  Under "Name"; give your list a label.  With the three checkboxes; indicate whether you wish to make the list a requirement to close the work order, and if it requires signatures as well.  


Following, (in the gray section), is where you will build your list one question at a time. 

Under "Type"; choose from the dropdown menu what format your question will be presented as:


Check box:    This will make your question appear as a checkbox to be checked off on.

Single Line Text:    Will allow for one sentence to be entered as a reply.

Multi-Line Text:    Will allow for a multitude of sentences to be entered as a reply.

Dropdown:    Will appear as a drop-down of answers, from which only one can be chosen from.

Multi-Select:    Will appear as a dropdown of answers, from which a multitude can be chosen from. 

Group Title:    Appears as a title on your list, and is not an interactive question in of itself. 


Checklists Tab: Signatures


This subsection allows for the acceptance of both Customer and Employee signatures. As well as static messages to either or both. An example is shown in the screenshot below.






A list of features in this Signatures subsection, along with their descriptions, are as follows:


  • Message for Customer:
    • The text entered in this field will be included for the customer when they to enter their signature. This message will also be displayed when printed on the Work Order.
  • Allow for Employee Signature:
    • Checking this box will allow for your employees to also include their signature on the Work Order.
  • Message for Employee:

    • The text entered in this field will be communicated to your employee when they include their signature on the Work Order. This message will also be displayed on printed Work Orders.
