Summary
We have added in the ability to move the Quote Items that were added into the quote and to move those items as Work Order Items. We hope this will help save time for your techs to not have to duplicate entry.
How to Configure this Setting
To enable this setting to copy Quote Materials to the Work Order, you need to open up the Settings -> Quote. There is a checkbox that says "Copy materials when creating Work Order". If you want to copy the Quote Items over to the Work Order please check this box off.
Once you check this off this will copy the items with the following rules:
- This will import materials for Quote Categories that are not set as Labor type in the invoice.
- This will only copy over items that have Quote Categories linked to Invoice Categories.
- The Invoice Category has to be set that it will appear in the Work Order.
