When I start the accounting connector I get the following error "Error connecting to Accounting: The application trying to connect to QuickBooks is not supported while multiple instances of QuickBooks are running", what do I do?
Solution:
1. Close off QuickBooks Desktop on all computers where it is running.
2. Right click on the task bar at the bottom of the screen and click 'Task Manager"
3. Go to the 'Processes' tab and find any instances of QBW32.exe. Click on them and click 'End Task'
4. Start up QuickBooks Desktop.
5. Run the connector
