I have an invoice that shows in ServiceBox but not in QuickBooks so I cannot deposit the funds.  There were no errors when I synced from ServiceBox. What should I do?

 

The invoices will sync to QuickBooks depending on the status within ServiceBox.  If the status is not set to export to accounting, it will remain in ServiceBox until the status is changed to reflect an option that will sync the data to your accounting.  


You can see which Invoice Status are set to Export to Accounting by looking in the Settings Screen under the Invoices Tab under invoice statuses as per the screen shot below, you'll see that which status' have 'Export to Accounting' set to 'No'. If you edit this status and check off 'Export To Accounting' these invoices should download.
