There are two ways to schedule multiple technicians/Users to a Work Order. 


Option 1: Through the Scheduler.  


In the scheduler there are two views: 1) the normal Schedule and 2) the Dispatcher mode.  

 

1) In the normal scheduler, if you drag and "drop" a Work Order from the left side it defaults the scheduled time slot to the Assigned User.  If you want to change this to another User, click on the Work Order you just established on the Scheduler and a pop up will appear.  Then, select the user you want to assign that time slot to and click the "Change" button.

 

2) In the Dispatcher mode, you can drag the work order directly to the schedule for the individual employee.  


Option 2: Through the Work Order


In the Work Order you can select the Schedule Icon Button at the top right (shown below) and add in all the Technicians/Users that you would like.  This is also a great way to see when Technicians are scheduled for a particular Work Order.
