The jobsite in accounting under customer A is already linked to a jobsite in ServiceBox under customer A. How do I rectify?
There are two jobsites under Customer A with the same name, which isn't allowed in QuickBooks. So to fix this, you can either rename one of them or move the data from one of them to the other and delete the one with no data. To make this easier, change the name of the jobsite that you want to delete, then go to it's workorder(s) and change the jobsite to the other one. Then you should be able to delete the jobsite. You will have to do this out of the jobsite list on the left hand navigation, not on the customer screen. Deleting it under the customer screen does not delete it out of the system, just removes it from the customer.
