Summary

Once the Invoice has been created, the following icons are available:


Details

  • Main page for Invoices

  • Information is taken based on selection when creating of either from quote, time and materials from work order of blank

  • Customer details are taken from the work order and automatically populated

  • Additional Items can be added here

  • Payment can be added here

Payments

  • List of all payments on invoice can be viewed

  • Payment can be entered here

Internal Notes

  • Create notes that customers that will not see in any reports.  This is meant to be for internal notes between users.

To Dos

  • Create To Dos that are related to the Invoice.


Attachments

  • Add attachments to the Invoice.  Add Pictures, Documents, etc.

Email Invoice

  • Email the Invoice as a PDF.

  • Default values are configured in Settings.

  • Add attachments and email.

  • Set what is emailed in the PDF.

Print

  • Print Invoice as a PDF with selected sections to display.
