To reset your password, simply use the 'I forgot my password!' link at the bottom of the login page, in blue print.  The window below appears.  Enter your User email linked address and press the "Submit" button, and you will be sent a new password.  You will want to change this password as soon as possible to something you will easily remember, that is secure.

To reset another user's password, an administrator can go to the user record by clicking the 'Users' menu under their user i.d. at the top right, selecting the user and clicking the 'Reset Password' button at the bottom of the page.  The following Window will appear below.  Delete the dots shown, input a new password, retype in the new password in the "Password Check" line, and press the "OK" button.

A third possibility may exist.  If the User has tried too often to login to ServiceBox, their User status may be "Locked Out".  This is only fixable by an Admin User, by going into the User platform area and "unlocking" the User, so they may login.  If they still can not login, they may need their Password reset, as they probably do not remember it correctly, and it is the quickest way to get them back into your ServiceBox software.
